Our Made-To-Order Process
Limited Edition Pieces
Each Annie Leona piece is handmade to order in Ireland as part of a limited edition collection. Because every garment is crafted especially for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these pieces.
Our garments are designed to fit true to our Size Guide. We kindly ask that you review this carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we are always happy to advise and support you before your garment enters production.
If you feel that adjustments may be required, we offer a complimentary fit adjustment during the making process. If needed, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will provide a bespoke measurement form to ensure your garment is made with care and consideration.
Once production has begun, further alterations are not included. This allows us to work thoughtfully and intentionally from the very beginning.
Every Annie Leona garment is made with care and attention, and we’re here to support you throughout the ordering process should you need guidance.
Changing your order
Because each Annie Leona piece is handmade to order and produced in limited quantities, we begin preparing your garment shortly after purchase. For this reason, we’re happy to assist with order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
If something isn’t quite right, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help.
