FAQs

What is made-to-order?

Our made-to-order model means that each Annie Leona piece is handcrafted especially for you, beginning only once your order is placed. This approach allows us to work thoughtfully and intentionally, producing garments in limited quantities while minimising waste and ensuring every piece receives the care and attention it deserves.

Where and how are your garments made?

Each garment is handmade in our Northern Ireland studio. Using locally sourced materials, each piece is created with a considered, small-scale approach that prioritises craftsmanship and sustainability.

How long will my order take?

Each Annie Leona piece is handmade to order in our Northern Ireland studio, allowing us to work thoughtfully and carefully on every order. This considered approach enables us to minimise waste and give each piece the time and attention it deserves.

Please allow 1–3 weeks for your piece to be made before dispatch. Once complete, your order will be sent via tracked delivery, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s on its way. Shipping options for your region will be available at checkout..

Are your materials ethically sourced?

We source our materials locally in Northern Ireland, working closely with trusted suppliers and drawing on Ireland’s long-established textile heritage. This approach allows us to support local industry while maintaining close oversight of quality, sourcing and production.

Do you offer refunds?

As each Annie Leona piece is handmade to order as part of a limited edition collection, returns and exchanges are not available.

To support you in choosing the correct size, we encourage reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. Complimentary fit guidance is also available prior to production. For full details, please refer to our Made to order Process page, or contact us at annie@annieleona.com — we’re always happy to advise before your piece enters production.
